Customising Sticky Navigation Bar

Hello,

I would like to make the sticky navigation on my page the same as regular navigation in terms of aesthetics. I read on the knowledgebase (https://extendthemes.com/knowledge-base/mesmerize-theme/knowledgebase/front-page-navigation/) that there are “additional options” to customise this, but cannot access these in the customiser or settings page. How do I do this?
