Customising post page

I would like ot customise the page where my posts are summarised in the archive, could anyone please point me to the file I need to alter.

I need to change the “Archive for August, 2006″ to News Archive for August….”

and ‘you are currently browsing the weblog archives for August, 2006.’ to news archive for 2006′.

Also if I click on the […] at the bottom of the article should this not take me to the full article.
