Customising Plugin

    Hi,

    Is it possible to customise the plugin – ie remove the “Tide Times & Heights for [place] on [date]”? I’m more than happy to give credit for the plugin, but the info there doesn’t fit with my design.

    Also – the beach we have to use for the tide times is the beach next to us, so having that beach labeled just looks like I got it wrong!

    Hi, you can attempt to use CSS to hide the labels. To make it easier I’ll change the code so that each separate section has its own class.

    Will you want the links to the tidetimes website or not?

    Note: In the next version of uk-tides you will be able to choose the data source: tidetimes.org.uk or tidetimes.co.uk

    Hi Dave, the new version ( 1.6 ) now supports displaying data from tidetimes.co.uk as well as tidetimes.org.uk
    The displayed information is broken up by divs and spans which you can individually select and style.#
    If you don’t want to display certain information then you can use display:none.

    Sorry – I’ve only just seen these updates! I’ve been hiding the labels via css, and these updates are great too. Thanks so much.
