Customising backgroud colours and name addition (Header & Footer)

    I am truely enjoying WordPress and I love the Customizr theme.
    May I ask for assistance. I would like to change the backgroud colour in the Header, behind the logo and Menu selection options.

    Secondly may I add my name to the footer please?
