Customiser not showing

  • I have installed plugin and clicked on “open email designer”. Got the email up but the customizer is the default for the website. Not the one for EMail.

    Using WordPress 5.5.1.

    Can you tell me what theme you’re using? Have you cleared your cache after installing?

    I use storevilla – AccessPress. And not install any cache yet.

    Have you tried activating another theme to test if there is a difference? Or else deactivating your plugins to test if any are conflicting?
