Customised Side Tab for different pages / posts

    I would like to add in side tabs to lead user to fill up the contact form to different pages / posts for my website https://sg.propertylaunchnetwork.com. The problem I find for most Side Tab Plugins is they dont provide a customised tab for different pages / posts. Is there any side tab plugin you know.

    This is what I wanna do with the side tabs:
    Create different Hyperlinks & display text for different tabs

    Anyone can advise? Thanks
