Customise – White Screen

  • Hello. When I click ‘Customise’ I get a white screen of death. This happens on several WordPress websites with the Botiga theme.

    When I change to another theme I can open ‘Customise’, hence why I think this could be an issue with Botiga?

    I am sorry for the delay in response.

    To check whether there is particular plugin’s incompatibility issue with Botiga, try to disable all your active plugins at once, run your test with Customizer. To narrow down the source of the issue, try to re-enable your plugins one-by-one and run your test in each. Before doing so, enable Troubleshooting mode with the help of Health Check plugin to run private testing that is only visible for you while logged in with admin account.
