Customise the email sent to user with {first_name} and {last_name} variables

Hi again Richard,

As discussed in this topic, it would also be nice to allow use {first_name} and {last_name} variables to custome tje email sent to user.
Why? Many people don’t know their username and it’s more polite to write to them with a “Hello {first_name}”.
What do you think? Would it be possible to allow it in a future update?
