Customise Taxonomies to include Portfolio's Category

Dear Vinoj,
I would use your great plugin to show tags related to Portfolio categories. Within WordPress I’ve got so far Tags,Categories and Category. The last one is related to Portfolio and it is the one I would use. Any help on this?
