Customise not working

  • Hi! Thanks for a great theme. I’m having trouble with the customise function. It says loading, but nothing comes up. I have tried installing and activating the elara theme, which allows the customise function to work. Can you assist me with whether something is not working with the theme atm? / Luna

    Thanks for reaching out, and thank you for your kind words about the theme!

    It looks like you recently updated to WordPress 5.5, would you mind updating your Kirki plugin as well to the latest version, then clear your browser cache, then try reloading the customizer? This should do the trick.

    Thank for the help.

    I tried clearing my cache in the browser (chrome), through WP Super Cache and there aren’t any updates available for the Kirki plugin. Can you assist on what to do now then? I’m fairly new with all this, so I apologise if i’m overlooking something basic here ??

    @lunalinnemann this usually happens when there is a conflict somewhere – try disabling all your plugins and try again. If it works, then try enabling the plugins one by one to isolate the culprit.
