Customise Menu Not fully appearing

Hi, I love the look of this theme and have installed the free version at present. However, the only options appearing in the ‘customise’ section are: ‘site identity’, ‘colours’, ‘header image’, ‘background image’, ‘menus’ and ‘static front page’.

I am assuming I should have options to change the areas such as ‘our services’, ‘contact us’, ‘support’, ‘projects’, etc etc.

Could someone advise why I am not seeing these further, rather important, options?
