It’s not possible to change the message subject field to the telephone number. ??

You could translate the word “subject” to whatever you like, e.g. “phone number” in the front-page.php, but be sure to use child theme (copy the changed file in the child theme directory).

Is there a way to add an attachment capability? In other words, a button to allow people to attach documents to their message?

@amgalloway: Did you find a way to add an attachment? I am having the same issue.

Hi,

I wanted to change the subject to telephone number so I installed Pirate Forms plug in (which is recommended for Zerif) and activated it.

Then on the left toolbar go to Settings > Pirate Forms and click on the Labels tab.

Go down to the Subject field and change it to Telephone Number. Then click Save Changes

Then go to the Messages tab and change the message for Subject required and missing to Please enter Telephone Number. Click Save Changes and that should work as it does on our site:
