Customise “Completed Order” email

Generally speaking, in order to customize your email templates you’ll need to override them. You would do this by copying the corresponding template at woocommerce/templates/emails/ to your theme folder. You can do this manually, or by pressing the Copy template button inside each email configuration screen, at WooCommerce > Settings > Emails.

I can’t provide much help when it comes to the actual code that you’ll need to make that enrollment link update dynamically, depending on the product that was purchased. As that is not my area of expertise.

One alternative I’d recommend is using a WooCommerce extension like Follow Ups:

With this extension you could configure new emails that are triggered after specific actions. So, for example, you could configure an email that goes out after the purchase of each one of your products – each email containing content that is relevant to that product specifically.
