Customise button not working on mobile

    Hey there,

    I’m having an issue with the product configurator. It works perfectly fine on the browser, but since the latest update, it doesn’t seem to be working on mobile.

    There is a javascript error on mobile:

    [Error] TypeError: undefined is not an object (evaluating ‘PC._us.extend’)
    (anonymous function) (product_configurator.js:21)
    Global Code (product_configurator.js:476)

    I’ve tried deleting the website cache and browser cache but doesn’t seem to do anything.

    Hi there,

    It looks like the issue is happening because the configurator scripts are defered.
    Could you try to disable defering of JS in WP Rocket to see if this is the cause?

    Yes that worked! Anything I could change to be able to re-enable that feature?

    Hi Dan,

    Sorry for the delay in responding.
    I’ve started making changes to the plugin which will hopefully make it compatible with this feature of WP-Rocket.

    You could also enable the feature, but exclude the configurator’s scripts.
