Customise Button Disappearing

    Hello,

    Trying to find a way to edit my product pages and Woocustomizer looks good but I can’t get it working.

    Have installed it, go to ‘customise’ and I see ‘storecustomizer’ in the menu then once the page loads the storecustomizer menu button has disspeared. I can click through while the page is loading and get a glance at the options within it but once the page has loaded it kicks me out of the menu and has disspeared. What have I done wrong?

    Edit – have just changed the theme to woocommerce’s default one and the above doesn’t happen. Was using Hello Fashion when the above happens.

    Hi @crypt0rchid

    Ok, glad to hear you worked it out.

    Possibly the Hello Fashion theme was overriding the Customizer panels and so it was removing the StoreCustomizer (and other) panels.

    I’ll have a look myself in the next update and see what’s happening too.
