Customify Pro Upgrade License Keys

I recently added the Customify Pro plugin for a single site. I had gone to Appearance > Customify Options and added my license key to receive upgrades. Nothing happened. After refreshing I was redirected to Web Security Gateway. Now when I go to Appearance > Customify Options or Plugins > Customify Pro > Settings I am immediately redirected to the Web Security Gateway and cannot access Customify settings. I can halt the redirect by mashing the ESC key. However, when I enter my license key to receive updates, nothing happens. I just want to make sure my license is active and that I will receive Customify Pro updates when they are available.
