If you want to add something additional to the page where you have our Registration form, then just go to the back-end -> Dashboard -> Pages -> click on the page where you’ve also added the PMS Registration form, and now depending on your preferences you can add the branding either before or after the [pms-register] shortcode.
Now regarding?our form?customization, generally speaking, the HTML that we output takes on the style of your theme.
In case you need to change something, then you can either add your own CSS to the theme’s style.css or use a visual style editor such as this one:

Now if you want to add something specific directly into our form template (not before or after it) then that is possible only through custom code, but I’m afraid this type of request falls out of our support purposes.
