I have a few customers who do not have an email address but I would like to add them to the system anyway. For example, when a Mom and Daughter book an appointment we usually log the moms email address since most children don’t have one. There are also some elderly clients who refuse to use email. I have selected enable Guest Checkout so they aren’t required to use an email but will they still be added in as a Salon Customer? I don’t want to have to input and ask for their information each time so I’m hoping that the customers are saved in the system as a user anyway even without a email and phone number?

    Hi,

the logic of “guest checkout” is that no account will be created for those who choose this kind of checkout option.

I understand that you have a different but more specific need that would require some modification of our plugin but that are not on our plan at the moment.

    Kind regards

This actually will work for us. We can just put the daughter in as a guest and then put the mother in with the full account in our system for now. Thanks for the replies! We will try it this way and see how it works for us.

I know there are a lot of booking apps out there for appointments but I seem to really like yours. Obviously it’s difficult to program a plugin that will work perfectly for everyone but I think you’re onto something. There are so many companies charging a monthly fee for booking apps and it’s very difficult to afford that when you’re a salon that’s just starting out.

I hope that you guys keep adding features to this and updating it so that it competes directly with the subscription service apps. If I can get this plugin to work for our salon, you better believe I’m going to fully register the license and use it as our main booking system!
