Customers Unable To Enter CC Info On Checkout (I see 4 or 5 with the same issue)

    I’ve seen 4 or 5 other threads already and I don’t see a resolution. Some customers (only desktop from what I’ve seen) are unable to enter CC info on the checkout page. They can enter all other info, but you are not able to click your cursor in the field to enter anything for CC payment.

    This just started 24 hours ago.

    Hey there!

    I am looking at this on a desktop, and I cannot seem to replicate this issue:

    Can you let me know if there are other things in common among the folks seeing this issue? Such as browser, OS, etc.

    It seems to have resolved itself minutes before that. Of course, that’s how things work I guess. I’ll leave this open for a bit more to see if it has resolved for others as well and I’ll close it if everyone is all good. Thanks for taking the time!
