customers still receiving emails after being unsubscribed

    Hi,
    I used the bbP manage S to unsubscribe a user of our forum from all topics. They are still receiving notifications though. I am also using the following BBPress add-on plugins:
    AsynCRONous bbPress Subscriptions
    bbP Toolkit
    Bbpress Login Register Links On Forum Topic Pages
    topic subscribe

    Any ideas?
