Customers see prices include VAT when they look to all products

Dear sir/madam,

I have a serious problem with my prices in the webshop. When customers go to all products, they see the prices without VAT. But when they click on an individual product, they see the correct price including VAT. I’ve checked the settings, they seem to be fine. The prices including VAT for the store is ok.

I have tried everything and deleted my cache, as an admin I see the correct prices but the customers see the price exclude. It really seems like a bug

Please have a moderator watching as soon as possible. I want my webshop online on Monday.
