customers report they can not add items to the cart

    I have had numerous reports, phone calls and live help reports that some people can not add items to the cart. I have no issues adding from my computer.
    i have had no web orders for 3 days now.

    Any suggestions why

    Are there any particular products or browsers being reported with this problem? Culd you post the URL?

    I’ve the same problem : we can’t add any product to the cart. It is only possible if we are logged in.
    i’ve tested it whith firefox, Chrome and IE

    Hi there,

    I am also having exactly thr same issue as Midnightweb. As a wordpress admin logging in, when i click add to cart, it goes into the next screen which is how its supposed to work.

    When not logged in (I assume this is guest login). After pressing add to cart. It just goes into a black white screen.

    Please let me know what i can do to fix the issue.

    Did you fix your issue? I checked your site as guest and I was able to add item to cart without any problems.

    Also Midnightweb,

    I think your server has a problem with PHP SESSIONS, please contact your server admin to solve this problem.

    I contacted ovh but they have not answered.

    Just let us know when you hear back. Have you ever had a caching plugin installed? Sometimes improperly deactivating them can make the site think it’s still turned on.
