Customers not receiving emails

Hi all,

I have been experiencing a problem ever since I got a wordpress website. The problem being that customers aren’t receiving order confirmation emails. I have contacted my host provider to ensure SMTP settings are valid, installed Postman SMTP and all test emails are successful.

So far the Postman SMTP has sent 3000+ emails so it looks like they are going out no problem. But I’m still getting complaints.

I’m not sure where this problem lies but I presume it’s a woo commerce related issue. Is there a limit to the number of emails I can send in a given time period?
