    After following the documentation and verifying the settings (which are good), I’m receiving these errors in the WooCommerce > Orders section (plus none of the customers emails are getting posted to the Contacts list–this worked only once yesterday and it quit working today):

    Warning: include(): Failed opening ‘/home/…/…/wp-content/plugins/yith-woocommerce-mailchimp/templates/admin/metaboxes/user-preferences-metabox.php’ for inclusion (include_path=’.:/usr/local/php71/pear’) in /home/…/…/wp-content/plugins/yith-woocommerce-mailchimp/includes/class.yith-wcmc-admin.php on line 248

    I can verify that in the plugin installation folder there is no ‘metaboxes’ folder. I’m not sure how to fix this.

    What I’ve done:
    1. Verified all the settings.
    2. Deactivated/Removed/Re-downloaded/Reinstalled the plugin
    3. Same result

    I need to get this working correctly ASAP as this is affecting my sales.

    This warning will be fixed in the next plugin update.
    We have added the metabox folder and the right template to show the user preferences in the order section.

    We have been checking the process of adding users and it is working in the right way.
