Customer’s name appears by default as the store name.

Hello, I have used this plugin many times without any problem but currently I have a WooCommerce (Multisite) where the reviews appear by default with the name of the store, not the name of the customer who has reviewed. How could I fix it, please? Thank you very much in advance.
