Customers Logging in as an Administrator

Customers have kindly called and told us that when they visit the website, they see that they are logged in as one of the administrators instead of their user account. This is obviously very scary. Has anyone seen this happen before? I have not updated to the new 2.2 yet if that matters.
I changed the administrators password to see that help as well.
