Customer’s “lifetime value” includes refunded payments

    Hello,

    on the customer’s page (example: /wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=download&page=edd-customers&view=overview&id=123 ) the number of “Completed Sales” and the amount for the “Lifetime Value” will also include the refunded orders.

    For example, a customer with one complete and one refunded orders will show “2 Completed Sales” and the “Lifetime Value” will be the sum of the completed and the refunded orders.

    Is this the correct behavior or is it a bug?

    I apologize for the delay in response. There does seem to be an issue there as the totals should be recalculated automatically when a refund is issued. We have logged an issue to get it fixed!

    What you can do is go to the Downloads > Tools page and use the Recount tool to recalculate the totals for the products and that should get the values updated.
