Customers have to refresh the checkout page to open the payment form

Hi @arjanh ,

can someone help me why in the checkout page when customers click on the Debit / Credit Card or PayPal button the form does not expand (or pop up) in the first try. Customers have to refresh the page to open this form.

That is strange, I checked your site and the credit card fields expanded without issue for me, without reloading the page. Here’s a screenshot for reference: https://d.pr/i/bI95yY

If the issue persists on your site, then it’s possible it might be caused by caching or by a conflict.

First, I recommend excluding WooCommerce pages from server and site caches, if any. You can find details on configuring caching for WooCommerce here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/configuring-caching-plugins/

If the issue persists even after you correctly configure the cache, then I recommend doing a conflict test as per the steps here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-self-service-guide/#section-4
