    It sounds like the API credentials you have entered for the plugin are incorrect. Do you have all 4 values filled out? You need the Vendor, Username, Password, and Partner all filled out.

    You could create a user specific to the website in your PayFlow account if you want to, and give it FULL_API_ACCESS permissions. Otherwise, you can use the same info that you use to login to manager.paypal.com, but you would use the same value for both the vendor and the username.

    I’m going to go ahead and close this thread, but let me know if you still have troubles after that.

    Apparently when we switched our hosting account, the password didn’t work properly. I got it re-set and re-entered and I think we are up and running again. Thank you for your help!
