• Hey there. Am I missing something? Why are my customers NOT getting their tracking # in the email updated when we enter it in on the back office?

    I’ve entered in the tracking # and the carrier, and I’ve tried sending as an update, and Shipped… but the tracking # does NOT get sent to the customer? Any ideas how to fix this? Thank You!????

    Hello there,
    hope you are doing well! ??

    Unfortunately, in the free version of the plugin, the tracking data is not sent via email to the customers, they need to check it in the order data from “My account”.
