customers can’t redeem points

  • Hello,
    I’m using the free version of this plugin and when i was testing it with a customer type client for woocommerce, i dont understand why during the checkout i cant find the option to redeem the points and use them for payment.
    is it restricted for the pro version or we can consider this a bug.
