    The store is set to close pickups at 10pm, and the timezone shows correct on wordpress and in this plugin, but we can’t take orders after 8pm, we even tried changing out store hours to 11:30 close, and they still can’t order at 8pm..

    Maybe some conflict is happening on your side. There are no such issues with any of our clients, but you are the only one who claimed that. Without checking, we cannot tell you anything about it.     What seems to be happening is there is a minimum time (like 3 hours) before they can place an order, but we don’t have an option to edit that in settings.

    Our time setup matches that screenshot.

    Aside from WooCommerce, we only really have “WooCommerce Square” and “WooCommerce Stripe Gateway”

    This is VERY VERY VERY broke, we have been actively been losing revenue because of this. PLEASE fix this ASAP.

    Hi,

    On your video we don’t find any issues with picking up the time. 

    You are on Monday 22 at 3:19PM: https://prnt.sc/4cE0dKeMyJqc and you have set the time like this: https://prnt.sc/38WyMejSv0vN and when you go to pick up, the pickup time is showing 3:30 PM?

    And yes this is very true it is showing you 3:30 PM. But you have set up their 30 min interval of pickup right? But on our system it will make a difference for the time only. But it should work from the current time of difference. 

    We talked to our dev team already. Hope we do something better for it.

    We are actively losing out on revenue.

    And I am concerned that you do not understand the issue. There is no problem at 3:30pm. It lets people checkout for that time.

    The ISSUE is that once it hits 8pm, no one can buy 8pm-10pm.

    Our hours are set to go up until 10pm, but once 8pm hits, your plugin won’t let anyone schedule a pickup for that day.

    Our most active hours are 8pm-10pm, so much so, we extended our hours Saturday and Sunday, but people can’t buy after 8pm still.

    Our client is has reported a similar issue. Our current setting for pick-up time is setup upto 10 PM (US Eastern Toronto time)….however client is reporting that after about 7 or so the ‘current date’ is greyed out and only shows the next date.

    We are using WPCafe Pro version and the (https://Kurrysgrills.com) based in Ontario, CA has reported that they are losing lot of pickup orders.

    Appreciate if a fix or resolution is provided for this issue. Please let me know if you need additional details or access etc.,.

    Hi, 

    This happens because your server’s time is not the same as your WordPress time. Please contact your host provider and know about the server’s timezone setup. Because we really never faced such an issue before but Jacob and you are the only ones who are facing this situation. Jacob’s issue is fixed by changing the server’s timezone.

    Hello Mr Zaman,

    We are having issue with the Pickup Date not showing after ‘8 PM’ again.

    We have done all the changes suggested and the Server timezone is set to ‘America/Toronto’ both in WordPress and also on the Hostinger server we have set the timezone….however it is still not working.

    After 8 PM everyday the pickup date is only allowed for the next day……..even though the restaurant open hours are upto 10 PM.

    Please help to address and resolve this ASAP as this issue is not resolved and should be reopened. I will submit a new one as well.

    Can you please specify with a screen record when you faced that issue again? Please tell me the timing in UTC, when you see it the next day? Well, we can see you have emailed us on the help center, we also replied to that, please respond there for better assistance.

    We are talking to our dev team, if possible we will change the whole system if needed. Please allow us time.

    I have this same issue. Themewinter sent me an email with a screenshot showing me that the pickup date was working properly. I sent themewinter an email with screenshots showing that even though the pickup time was set to last until 8 pm each day, that at around 5 pm, a user will lose the ability to choose to pick up their order on the same day the order was made (e.g. user puts in an order at 5 pm on 10/28/2024 but pickup time shows that it can only be picked up at 10/29/2024). I sent 6 follow up emails to themewinter and they did not respond and I’ve asked for a refund and they also have not responded. Has anybody found a way to fix this? Also, is themewinter scamming me by not responding to my refund request?
