• I am not sure if this is a bug or if I need a plugin or what, but when I create an order for someone that has never purchased from me and then click send invoice they get an email with a pay button. Once they click the pay button they are sent to the order page which directly has their place to enter their credit card via PayPal Pro/PayFlow plugin. However entering their credit card sends an error:

“Field format error: 10561-There’s an error with this transaction. Please enter a complete billing address.”

However, when the customer navigates back to the /my-account/ page and fills out the billing address portion the error still appears for their order and will only go away for completely new orders.

I have verified this today across 3 sites.

The site I am on now has the following plugins:
    “Nextend Facebook Connect”
    “Postman SMTP”
    “Really Simple SSL”
    “WooCommerce”
    “WooCommerce Customer Relationship Manager”
    “WoodCommerce Helper”
“WooCommerce PayPal Pro (Classic and PayFlow Editions) Gateway

I have tried disabling the “WooCommerce Customer Relationship Manager”
I tried on 2016 theme and on StoreFront

On the others sites I had far more plugins installed and was using Avada Theme

    Is this a bug?

Am I supposed to have another plugin to manage invoicing of new customers that are not yet in the system?
