Customers can’t checkout

    After the latest update for the stripe plugin, customers see only blacked out boxes where the credit card info should go. There is no way for them to pay. Clicking on the black boxes does nothing. I contacted stripe and it’s not on their end. They say my dashboard shows no errors.

    I updated my database and that fixed the problem. Seems back to normal now.

    I faced same issue.
    What do you mean by “I updated my database”? I want to do the same, maybe it will help me too. What did you do?

    It was a notice that popped up at the top of my wordpress admin that a database update was needed and I just clicked OK. I don’t know how you would go in and do it without the notice. Hopefully someone more knowledgeable can give better advice. ???
