Customers are saying they are never taken to paypal to pay because checkout says the name and address fields are empty. Customer emailed:

Tried to order last night and system wouldn’t let my order pass to PayPal. Tried again just now 4 times. Filled out everything 4 times. Kept telling me my name and address were required fields – I populated the fields multiple times but kept getting the same response.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there,

I visited the site in question and was able to proceed to PayPal with no issues on the site at all.

Can you please provide the exact steps to replicate this issue on the site?

Same customer contacted me again today. Here is what she wrote:

    1. Tried again with same result. System was reading the blocks I had populated using google. Tried again and TYPED in each field instead of using the google drop downs. System still saw the fields as unpopulated. Tried to trick it and click to go to Payal but no good.

    2. Tried using the link you sent on my iPhone. Went all the way through until PayPal where I was told “ things don’t seem to be working at the moment. pleas try again later”

    Hi there,

Can you replicate this behavior when you try to process a transaction on the site or is the issue isolated to this user?

You’ll want to attempt this yourself and see if you’re having the issue as well since we can’t replicate it.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
