Customers cannot spend reward points

    Woo rewards is installed and correctly awarding points.

    Only the primary administrator gets the square giving them the option to spend the points.

    Other users are just accumulating points that they cannot spend.

    The apply discount button simply does not show up.

    I suspect it’s an issue with the theme. Any ideas?

    Hello,

    If you’re using the free version, there’s not the option to spend the points on the cart directly (this feature will be included in the next update).

    For now, you have to set a reward and select how many points are needed in order to get the reward. When customers have enough points, WooRewards will automatically generate a WooCommerce discount coupon and send them an email with the coupon code.
    They can then use this coupon like any other WooCommerce coupon.
