• If I create an order manually and the user goes into their account and pay there is no way for them to change the billing address on the order thus causing their card to decline.

    Not sure if this is a bug or not but this seems like something Woo should do out of the box.

  • @puffnstuff1 if you create a user account for them when creating their manual order, they should be able to go to the my account page after logging in and update their user profile details there.
