    Hello!

    The title says it all; my customers are not getting a confirmation e-mail.
    But, I do get all the reservations in my mail.

    I also tried with a few of my own e-mail addresses, none were received and also not in the spam folder.

    How is this fixable?

    Hi,

    Please check the “from” email address used in the settings. Note that if you use a “from” email from a public email service like “@hotmail.com”, “@aol.com”, “@outlook.com”, “@gmail.com”, … it will be filtered by most antispam systems since the email will be identified as “not originated at the expected server”.

    Try using a “from” address that belongs to the website domain.

    Email settings area (confirm the “from” email and that the “Email copy to the customer” is enabled):

    The settings you mentioned was already correctly filled in.
    But no confirmation mails to the customer are sent.

    Hi,

    Could you temporary install a email log plugin? These type of plugins will register each email sent from WordPress to the email server and you can detect this way on which side the email is being lost.
