Customers are not receiving confirmation e-mail

Hello!
The title says it all; my customers are not getting a confirmation e-mail.
But, I do get all the reservations in my mail.I also tried with a few of my own e-mail addresses, none were received and also not in the spam folder.
How is this fixable?
