Customer Views of Your Calendar

  • Is there a way for the “customer” to see your calendar and what has been booked and what hasn’t?

    Really what we’re trying to do is manage volunteers where they can sign up 2 at a time for a shift to man a door and welcome people. There are three slots each morning to fill, two people to a slot and we want them to look at the day and see what’s available.

    Hi @kimmer99, the booking form just shows times that are available to book (given all the rules and time constraints set in your appointment type settings), so we don’t necessarily have a way to show the “calendar view” of the booked appointments.

    We can add that to our list of potential features for a future release though ??

    If you’re looking for an immediate workaround, the best option I could think of would involve our SSA Plus edition [https://simplyscheduleappointments.com/#plus] and adding all booked appointments to a Google Calendar. Then, you could use Google Calendar’s standard embed code to show the calendar on a page.
