Customer unable to print invoice

When a customer goes to their account and looks at their past orders, they see a button that says “Print Invoice”. They click on this link and it opens up a new page, hangs there for a second, then redirects them back to their My Account page, without rendering the invoice.
When an administrator is logged in, and hey go to their own orders. They can use the print invoice without any issues. It looks like there’s an issue with just the customers not being able to print their invoices, but admins can. Does anyone have a solution for this, or have they experienced this kind of issue?
