• Excellent plugin and it works great 95% of the time.

We do have the occasional customer who tells us that they are unable to check out. Even with time left on the timer and enough inventory. This is with a brand new product that hasn’t ever been in a cart before.

We’ve uninstalled the plugin, cleared cart sessions, cleared cache, re-installed, and it still happens from time to time.

Is there anything else we can check to make sure that it runs smooth 100% of the time?

    Thanks for your time!

Do you happen to know what (if any) messages are displayed when they can’t check out?

Are these 1 inventory items or multiple?

Do you have any other WooCommerce related plugins installed? What versions?

They seem to get one of two messages: “You can’t add any more of _____ to your cart” or “There are no more _____ available to purchase”.

Generally, we have anywhere from 1 to 5 in stock of these products, this time around we had 4 of them. They are all restricted to 1 per customer via Woocommerce Purchase Limits (1.2).

We run on Divi theme (latest update) and we have a few Woocommerce related plugins: Woocommerce Menu Cart (2.7.5), Woocommerce Extended Coupons PRO (2.6.1.1), Woocommerce Purchase Limits (1.2), Woocommerce Authorize.net AIM Premium (9.6), and NextMove Lite (2.9.6).

Is this something you can reproduce every time you add a new product?

Can you email me <[email protected]> a copy of the Purchase limits plugin? I suspect those error messages are generated by that plugin since those messages are not from this plugin or core WooCommerce.

Also, WooCommerce by default has a way to only allow items to be bought individually and it is configurable per product. Maybe there is another reason you need that plugin to do it though.

That’s a good point, we currently aren’t using the plugin for it’s intended purpose, so I will delete it for now and do some testing. I will report back with my findings. I will email you the plugin as well for you to take a look at.
