    Hi there,
    I am writing in regards of the following:
    Is there a way, that the plugin sends a shipping confirmation email to customer, when the order status is ORDER SHIPPED, without enabling the option to rename the status as COMPLETED? If unchecked, plugin does not send a tracking info email to the customer…If enabled – it is OK
    BUT
    I am using another plugin, which traces the order process and has 4 visual statuses : processing, approved, shipped and delivered, as delivered is displayed when order status is marked as Completed on the admin side.

    When marking the order as Shipped in Advanced Shipment Tracking (with renaming option enabled) it automatically fetches order as complete and it is visualized to the customer dashboard as Delivered…

    Hi, you’ll can use the completed order status and not do the rename. I am not sure which plugin you use but we offer TrackShip which does the automatic tracking that works out of the box so if you need any customizations, I suggest to discuss it with the other plugin developer.

    Hi,
    Track ship is not an option for me. Client wanted exactly this type of visual of the whole order process, not shipment tracking only.

    Anyway. Problem stays the same. Advanced Shipment Tracking does not send a tracking info email to customer…

    Tried everything – still after order marked Shipped, customer does NOT receive an email with tracking information.

    Ok, so you will need to contact the other plugins, we can’t support other plugins..

    Hi, the problem is not with the other plugin.It has no option to trach shipping, it is just a graphic progress bar on the customer account page. To be sure about any conflict I disabled it and flushed all caches. Nothing changed.
    The tracking is supposed to be managed with Advanced Shipment Tracking for WooCommerce.
    This is your plugin, right?

    In the AST settings, you got the option to choose on which order status emails to add the tracking info widget.

    This is the Partially Shipped custom order status email. Please check the option as to display tracking info on the General Settings.

    Everything works fine except that email is not sent to customer.

    If you are sure that these settings should work and AST should send tracking info email,
    is it OK for you to have Admin access and check why this problem occurs?

    After you add the tracking info to order and save (in the Shipment tracking panel), you should change the order status to your custom status and save the order.
