Customer to force certain location

    I didn’t see anything like this in the features, but I am wondering if it would be something easy to implement as a functionality or change the code myself if needed. Could you please let me know?

    The requirement is that the a user in city S?o Paulo would want to order a product for city Campinas. The scenario is that his IP will be pointing out to S?o Paulo and I want to allow him to be able to force the shop to display Campinas products.
