    And there was never a refusal of refund (despite the one-month-refund-guarantee is over). This is the first time you have requested refund and I have processed it in few hours.

    Thank you, but the refund request was sent within the 14-day withdrawal period: 4 messages and one formal letter. The important thing is that we understood each other. Thank you.
