• For more than a week, I’ve been trying to get an answer regarding PayPal integration and the only response has been “the issue was resolved, make sure your theme is current” – to that I immediately replied, yes it’s current but no the problem did not go away. that was 7 SEVEN days ago and I’ve since followed up three times and opened a new ticket. I have offered to upgrade my theme support of to a premium theme but no answers. Customer Support is the reason for the rating.
