How can it be than in whole period of NitroPack existance they have not managed how to solve customer support issue?

They are still providing almost no Customer support. LEVEL1 support is just answering copy/paste answers ( each time answer is not the same, always there are some resons why for you the speed of optimization is being slow )

After full day communication LEVEL2 support finally confirms that YES, system svitched out optimization process to overloaded server, but already 2 days gone.

And now, they are offering to switch servers, but then we will need to purge all optimizations again, but really not sure when it will happen Today / Tomorrow of after a week?

I have selected the best plan, paying 200 EUR per month, and they still again and again assigne me overloaded server which is optimizing my page 3-4 days, after optimizations purged – again tik takes 3-4 days top optimize all pages.

Please Nitropack, if you offering services, also please for your high paid clients offer 24/7 technical support to fix these minor things fast, Its not serious to wait for this kind of solutions 1-2 days.

UPDATE!!! We have finally reached google core web vitals, passed everything, and then they rolled out some UPDATE – Do you think guys that 3-4 optimized pages from 5500 per 5 hours is good result? I will update this review after 1-2 years when all my pages will be optimized again ??
