Customer support is Amazing!

  • It’s 12:13 A.M and I just finished a conversation with the Dokan customer agent. Naomi was absolutely extraordinary and went the extra mile to resolve all my questions and provided me a deep understanding of how Dokan works. She also guided me through the process of installing a demo version and recommended the following steps to take. I am really surprised by this company’s customer support at any time and this is definitely something that will encourage my purchase versus the competition like wc vendor or others. Thank you, Naomi. And please give her a big bonus or raise.
