Customer support for people who don’t have an active subscription?

Just trying to find where to get support if I don’t have an active subscription. I’m using the premium plugin but I have not renewed my subscription. Now it seems that means that I’m entitled to ZERO customer support. Is this the case or is there some form of support available?
