Customer Support Doesn’t Respond to Request from PPOM Pro User

What is the response turnaround time on requests for support? My client emailed support on 4/15/2024 and we’ve had zero response.
Currently the plugin does not display at all in his theme, although it used to work. Test page here on our staging site: https://staging.scgarageworks.com/product/2005-2013-zr1-z06-c6-corvette-carbon-fiber-custom-steering-wheel/
Switching to another theme works. What do we need to add to our current theme to ensure that the functionality works as expected?
