Customer Support as useless as the Plugin itself

Is a horrible plugin, it ruins the website and is missing basic features, like the most basic, for example a good photo gallery. Their customer support is oblivious, they have no idea what they are doing and they cannot offer any solutions. I had a one year subscription that I only used for 3 websites from which only one gone live and it was a really really bad experience! I do not recommend them at all.
